We believe in being transparent and straightforward about our pricing. This list will give you a good idea of how much a job might cost. It’s also handy for comparing our rates with other contractors.

Our Rates:
Residential - $80/hr plus tax.
Commercial - $100/hr plus tax.
Seniors and Veterans - $60/hr plus tax.
Tax rates vary between cities and counties.
   Please note: There is a 2-hour minimum.

Additional charges that may or may not apply:
Trip charge - $50, if the job site is too far away.
Dump fees - $20 - $60 depending on weight of load.
Materials - If we need to shop for the materials, we'll charge our standard hourly rate instead of marking up the prices, like some companies do. You'll save money by picking up the materials yourself!

We also offer the option of providing a fixed bid for larger jobs or if you'd prefer not to pay an hourly rate. We want you to feel comfortable with the pricing that works best for you.

Please be cautious of contractors who offer extremely low rates. They might not be insured or bonded, which could leave you liable if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, some of these contractors may not be trustworthy and could leave you with unfinished work. Always keep in mind the saying: "You get what you pay for!"
